Lets face it, the ONLY way to get better is to compete and starting in USTA Junior Satelitte or Open level tournaments can be extremely frustrating. You pay $35 to drive an hour from home and lose 6-0, 6-0 in the first round. Many players never want to have that experience again. At Tennis Anyone our goal is to help players get to the next level. Round Robin tournament play is perfect becuase it allows players the opportunity to compete against lots of different styles of play. Win or Lose, everyone really Wins because of the progress all players make. The 10 tournament series is open to anyone desiring to get better through competition. As well, each tournament a different topic of competition is covered, for example we will be learning about: tennis equipment, tournament preparation, and strategizing against different styles of play.
Players can participate in as few as 1 tournament or all 10 tournaments. All players will recieve a ranking based on their performance that will be updated here after each tournament. At the end of the series, in July 2012 the top 8 ranked players will be invited to compete in our FREE playoff tournament in August. Warning: trophy sizes are much larger than your standard tournament, with 1st place trophies for each tournament averaging 2.5 feet and the grand prize trophy for winning the series coming in at a whopping 5 feet.

Tennis Anyone Tournament Masters Series
Intermediate to Advanced Level Players are eligable
These Round Robin Tournaments are for players with marginal to no competitive experience. Players that are already competing in USTA Satellite or Open level play and getting consistently past the first 2 rounds should continue to compete in USTA tournaments. Players eligable for the Tennis Anyone Masters Series have passed our Level 5 Scorpion Test, know set rules and how to keep score, but may still struggle putting their serves in consistantly. They are able to keep a rally going 4-6 shots without much struggle, but would be hard pressed to make 15-20 in a row.
